Professional Fish Conditioning

Copper Treatment
All fish are maintained in therapeutic copper levels to eliminate external parasites including ich, velvet, and other common saltwater diseases. This ensures every fish arrives parasite-free.
Praziquantel Deworming
Every specimen is treated with Praziquantel to eliminate internal parasites and flukes. This treatment improves appetite and ensures fish arrive in peak health condition.
Broad Spectrum Antibiotics
Fish receive a mix of broad-spectrum antibiotics to prevent and treat bacterial infections. This proactive approach gives them the best start in their new aquarium.

All orders come with our complete live arrival guarantee. We only use overnight shipping methods with professional packaging including insulated Styrofoam boxes, heat or cold packs as needed, pure oxygen in sealed bags, and protective padding to ensure safe arrival!

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
In the rare event that any specimens perish upon arrival, we will provide a replacement (if available) or store credit in the full amount of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is fully responsible for all shipping fees associated with any replacement shipment. Please note that replacements can only be reshipped once — if the replacement does not survive, store credit will be issued instead of a second reship.
- Clear Photography: Take clear, well-lit photos of the deceased specimen(s) while still in the unopened shipping bag. The shipping label must be visible in the frame to verify the package.
- Strict Time Window: All DOA claims must be documented and reported within 2 hours of the delivery time posted on the shipping carrier's website. No exceptions can be made.
- Reporting Method: Email all photos along with your order number to saltypiyanaquatics@gmail.com immediately upon discovery.
- Resolution Options: Once your claim is verified by our team, we will offer either a replacement specimen (subject to current availability) or store credit for the full purchase price of the affected livestock.
Important Requirements:
- •You must be available to receive the shipment on the scheduled delivery date
- •Claims must be filed within 2 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery time
- •Photos must show specimens in unopened bags with visible shipping labels
- •Refusal of delivery or extended carrier holding voids the guarantee
- •We reserve the right to delay shipping during extreme weather conditions

Flat Rate Overnight Shipping: $25 for all orders
FREE Shipping: on orders $150 or more
For your livestock's safety, we monitor weather conditions along the shipping route. If temperatures are forecasted to be above 90°F or below 35°F at origin, destination, or major hub cities, we will hold your order until conditions improve.
